Notice of Price Increase
ICT does everything it can to maintain the most cost effective pricing in all aspects of business.
Our goal is to provide the best support and the best support for the best possible value.
Unfortunately some things are out of our control and our pricing must adjust to compensate.
Therefore, beginning on May 1, 2008 our labor rates for all technical service will rise to $45.00
per hour. We realize that this increase is significant, but we have avoided implementing the
change for too long.
This rate increase will apply on all service tickets and repair shipments received beginning on
May 1st, 2008. Any shipments received prior to this date will still be processed under our current
labor charge rates.

ICT Software Compatibility Information
IMPORTANT BULLETIN about ICT FP-001
This notice is in regards to the FP-001 field-programming module, the standard unit used by all ICT flash memory capable bill acceptors for field updates. This bulletin covers important information to preserve the function of your ICT bill acceptors and to keep them functioning properly.
The FP-001 is used to update all models of ICT bill acceptors, but each set of software is model-specific. This means that you cannot update all of your ICT bill acceptors at the same time. It is very important that you use the correct software file for each bill acceptor. Using the incorrect software when you update a bill acceptor will disable the bill acceptor and prevent it from functioning.
The most important thing you can do is to check that the series of bill acceptor you are updating matches the software. Here are the key models you need to be aware of:
1) S6-XXXXX-USD4 bill acceptors are commonly used on the battery operated pool tables and can ONLY be updated with software for the S6 series.
2) V6-XXXXX-USD4-T2 bill acceptors on TouchTunes Jukeboxes can ONLY be updated with the TouchTunes software.
3) A6-XXXXX-USD4 bill acceptors can ONLY be updated with the software for A6 series bill acceptors that accept $1-20 notes.
4) N6-XXXXX-USD4 bill acceptors can ONLY be updated with the software for the N6 series of bill acceptors that accept $1-20 notes.
5) A6-XXXXX-USD2 bill acceptors can ONLY be updated with the software for the A6 series for $1-5 notes ONLY.
The same information applies to any ICT flash capable bill acceptor that is not mentioned in the above list. Here are the two key points you need to be aware of when trying to determine if your software will work with the bill acceptor you are trying to update:
1) Does the bill acceptor type match the software? S6 software for S6 bill acceptors, etc.
2) Does the currency and version type match? For example Touchtunes software for V6-XXXXX-USD4-T2.
Being aware of this information will enable continued use of your ICT bill acceptors with minimal downtime or interruptions.
